Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - One or more inpatient treatments in one of the participating SCI centers. - Diagnosis of SCI of different etiologies (traumatic SCI, non-traumatic SCI (incl. vascular, inflammatory and tumor-related causes)) - Completed initial rehabilitation (>12 months after onset of SCI) - Place of residence: Germany - Language skills: German - Able to give consent

The primary aim is to analyse the data descriptively and investigate demographic and disease-related characteristics. a) Descriptive description of vitality and psychological well-being - How do participants describe their psychological well-being? - Are there differences regarding demographic and disease-related characteristics? b) Descriptive description of health problems (comorbidities) - With which concomitant diseases is SCI most frequently associated? - For which conditions are medical consultations utilized? - How many people with SCI experience pain and to what extent? - Does pain lead to limited social and occupational participation? - Is there a relationship between sexuality disorders and perceptions about sexual health? c) Descriptive description of activities and participation - What problems do people with SCI encounter in their daily lives? - What activities do the participants engage in? - Are there differences regarding demographic and disease-related characteristics? d) Descriptive description of employment - How many people with SCI are engaged in paid employment? - What problems are perceived in the context of employment? - What are the reasons for not finding paid employment when there is an existing desire to work and a subjective ability to work? - Do respondents in paid employment differ from those without paid employment? e) Descriptive description of perceived environmental factors. - What environmental factors are most stressful to respondents and thus affect their lives? f) Descriptive description of the use of medical services (healthcare) - Which professional groups are consulted most often? - How is the offer of lifelong aftercare utilized? - How satisfied are participants with the availability of medical services in general, and how are subjective experiences described? - Are medical/therapeutic treatments denied and if so, why? g) Descriptive description of the Covid-19 pandemic - How many individuals with SCI have had Covid-	—
