Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criterion is the corresponding professional activity as - General practitioner - member of a primary care practice team (medical assistant (MFA), nurse, secretarial staff, laboratory staff, etc.) At the same time, the consent to participate in the study, including the recording of an interview, is the prerequisite for the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criterion is the refusal to participate.
