Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Treatment in the context of acute psychiatry Overall UCLA LS ES score between >1.7 to 5 (range from partial to severe loneliness (cf. Döring and Bortz 1993, Wichert and Mandera 2015) legal age ability to consent Written consent from the subject Speak and understand the German language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute suicidality acute psychotic symptoms significant cognitive limitations acute self-harm symptoms Restrictions that deny consent (e.g. reservation of consent in the case of legal supervision) lack of voluntariness in treatment (e.g. resolution, PsychHG).

| Review of the change in the experience of loneliness and the dimensions 1. Feeling of loneliness, 2. Social isolation and 3. Emotional isolation. Verification by the UCLA LS ES (university of california loneliness scale simple language) questionnaire consisting of 19 items. Measurement T1 start of intervention/start of guideline-based treatment, T2 end of intervention/guideline-based treatment, T3 6 months after treatment. | — |

| Review of change in self-efficacy experience. Verification by the questionnaire SWOP (Questionnaire on Self-Efficacy Optimism Pessimism short form), reduced to 5 items of self-efficacy. Checking the change in depression, anxiety and stress symptoms. Verification using the DASS questionnaire (Depressions-Angst-Stress-Scale - German-language summary), consisting of 20 items. measurement T1 start of intervention/start of guideline-based treatment, T2 end of intervention/guideline-based treatment, T3 6 months after treatment. | — |
