Group 1: Over a period of 4-6 weeks (depending on the length of the hospital stay), the participants carry out the Fugl-Meyer assessment for hand movements once a week. Electromyographic and kinematic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Severe to moderate limitations of arm and hand movement due to a neurological disease (Fugl-Meyer score of the upper extremities: 15 - 55) ? At the start of the experiment, in rehabilitation phase B/C/D according to Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Reha-bilitation (BAR) ? Start of data acquisition within the first three months after suffering the neurological injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with other severe physical or neurological limitations that interfere with the performance of the measurements. Persons who are unable to consent.
