Interventions

Group 1: isokinetic eccentric resistance training for the right shoulder: 6 Weeks, twice a week, each session consists of five sets and 10 repetitions with maximum voluntary eccentric contraction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male, strength training experiences, active and healthy, active sportsmen, free of pain and injuries on shoulder joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurological disease, injuries of the throwing shoulder which hinder a proper training, a pathological shoulder with cysts, no medication which hinders performance or regeneration, no virus or bacterial infects, other disease which weaken a high performance, subjects with a pacemaker, subjects with metallic or magnetic structures not removable inside the body cannot be recruited

External rotators of the right shoulder: Recorded with the isokinetic dynamomenter (ISOMED 2000). - maximum and mean torques in the strength tests - maximum range of motion and strain in the mobility tests Acquired with a 3T MRT scanner Siemens Prisma, 16-channel shoulder coil - muscle fascicle length and absolute fascicle volume via imaging (DTI)
