Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Able to perform exercises - Able to comply with study documentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients at risk of injury when complying with the exercise regime - Patients with poorly managed diabetes - Patients unable to give written consent
