Group 1: Allogeneicstem cell transplant patients who are willing to provide a sample of oral mucosa and/or nail sample and/or eyebrow hair

Inclusion criteria: allogeneic stem cell transplantation, consent to study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: autologous stem cell transplantation, no consent to the study, no donor or recipient reference DNA available prior to transplantation
