Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ph+ or BCR::ABL1 -fusion gene positive CML in chronic phase 2. Prior treatment with = 2 TKIs 3. Decision of the treating physician to switch to a TKI approved for third line CML treatment; the TKI has already been selected by the physician at time of enrollment 4. Switch due to "warning" or "failure" (adapted from the 2020 ELN recommendations ) or due to intolerance to the most recent TKI therapy 5. Age = 18 years at the time of change to a new TKI-treatment 6. Signed informed consent prior to participation in this registry
