Group 1: NOAC-group Measurement of DAPT/NOAC (residual) effect using additional samples (in addition to the laboratory routine) pre- (on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day DAPT/NOAC break) and postoperativ

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients for planned heart surgery (e.g. coronary bypass surgery or valve surgery) with preoperative anticoagulation (therapy with apixaban / rivaroxaban / edoxaban or ticagrelor / clopidogrel / prasugrel with / without ASA with / without bridging LMWH / unfractionated heparin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rejection of the study 2. Patients with caregiver
