Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients for planned heart surgery (e.g. coronary bypass surgery or valve surgery) with preoperative anticoagulation (therapy with apixaban / rivaroxaban / edoxaban or ticagrelor / clopidogrel / prasugrel with / without ASA with / without bridging LMWH / unfractionated heparin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rejection of the study 2. Patients with caregiver

a. Blood loss intraoperatively after switching off the HLM (blood volume in cell saver [CS] after centrifugation) b. Postoperative cardiac tamponade (re-sternotomy) c. Drainage flow rate, use CS postoperatively
