Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Language barrier and/or diseases that make it impossible to complete the questionnaire

MeasureTime frame
Frequency of the different support measures and coping strategies of preoperative anxiety as well as the frequency of the superordinate categories of the support measures.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Ranking of the different support measures and coping strategies. 2. Associations between patient variables (e. g. gender, type of surgery, invasiveness of surgery) and frequency of support measures and coping strategies. 3. Association between the type and invasiveness of the operation on the one hand and the frequency and intensity of anxiety as well as the desire for support on the other hand.
