Group 1: Biological core families (mother, father, 2 children)
the children are same-sex within a family, aged 13 to 20 years and fulfil a post-pubertal developmental status.
We target a total of 14 families (7 with boys and 7 with girls).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Biological kinship, family members live in the same household, postpubertal developmental status of children, and children are of the same sex in each family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoking, regular use of medications and drugs, hormonal contraceptives
