Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Consent-capable patients aged 18 years and above, currently undergoing treatment at the PIA (Psychiatric Institute Outpatient Clinic), and attending one or more sports groups - Sufficient proficiency in German - Sufficient visual and reading abilities - Internet access - Ownership of a smartphone capable of downloading the app - Ability to independently answer the questionnaires
