Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Periimplantitis (Renvert et. al. 2018), less than 2mm keratinized periimplant mucosa or periimplant mucosa non-attached, healthy patient (ASA I-II), non-smoker, good oral hygiene, able to follow study protocol, periodontally healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant, implant mobility, irrational to treat implant (>80% bone loss), more than 2mm keratinized periimplant mucosa that is attached at the same time

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Implant survival and success periimplantitis treatment after 12,24,60 months according to Herrera et. al. 2023

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After 12,24,60 months after therapy periimplant mucositis, periodontal probing depths, attachment level, dimensional changes of epithelialized free gingival graft, width of keratinized mucosa, 3-dimensional evaluation of periimplant defect
