Group 1: Outpatient long-term video-EEG monitoring: The participant is equipped with the outpatient long-term video-EEG system in the ALVEEG outpatient clinic, and EEG and ECG electrodes are applied.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Statutory health insurance; at least one seizure during the last 12 months or diagnosis of epilepsy; indication for non-invasive video-EEG monitoring (OPS 1-210; indications 1-4); internet and/or 4G access at home; presenting to one of the abovementioned epilepsy centres; written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Indication for epilepsy surgery (OPS 1-210; indication 5); psychosocial needs
