Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients in the inpatient and day clinic ward of the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, LVR-Clinic Düsseldorf

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no sufficient knowledge of German

Severity of depressive and anxious symptoms (short form PHQ-D) - at time of discharge

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
somatic symptom burdon (SSS-8), symptoms of PTSD (PCL-5), eating disorder psychopathology (EDE-8), depersonalization (CDS-2), severity of dependence (SDS), quality of life assessment (WHOQoL), attachment style (ECR-R8), personality function (OPD-SF), interpersonal problems (IIP-32) - at time of discharge valence and arousal as proxy for symptom burdon (SA_Daily: two items generated for the present study) - daily measurement (1x/day) severity of depressive and anxious symptoms (SCL-K11) - weekly measurement (1x/week)
