MeasureTime frame
The study examines a practical cooling strategy for its effectiveness in reducing heat strain, physiological strain, and subjective strain, as well as increasing the performance and well-being of participants.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As an additional outcome, participants' feedback on their subjective perceptions of the intervention (acceptability, effectiveness, appropriateness, etc.) will provide guidance on design and implementation in practice.
