Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - personal / face-to-face counselling - telephone consultations - consultations by video - Consultations with cancer patients, relatives or interested parties

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Counselling only in written form (e-mail, letters) - <16 years - Initiation of counselling contacts (making appointments) - only preparation/follow-up of counselling sessions (documentation) - Counselling not actively initiated by patients/relatives (liaison services, hospice visits) - people who come to cancer counselling centres for professional reasons (e.g. legal guardians, interpreters) - Counselling without indication of whether initial or follow-up contact was made - Follow-up counselling on the same day
