Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -physically active (min. 5 hours/week)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -severe orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, endocrine or mental disorders -orthopedic surgeries in the past 12 months and not healed sports injuries -pregnancy/lactation -participation in other intervention studies
