Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -physically active (min. 5 hours/week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -severe orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, endocrine or mental disorders -orthopedic surgeries in the past 12 months and not healed sports injuries -pregnancy/lactation -participation in other intervention studies

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ground reaction forces during unplanned single-leg jump landing (landing leg is only displayed in the flight phase), measured using a force plate before and after the six-week training phase.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- length of the center of pressure trace (force plate) - time to stabilization (center of pressure trace, force plate) - joint kinematics of hip, knee and ankle (force plate) - visuomotor reaction time (Fitlight system) all measurements performed before and after the six-week study period
