Group 1: HIV patients from Ukraine who had presented to a German HIV center since the beginning of the war.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HIV positiv, fled from Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian war of aggression in Feb2022

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Initial presentation at an HIV focal center before the start of the Russian war of aggression.

MeasureTime frame
- Composition of antiretroviral therapy regimens of Ukrainian HIV patients at first presentation in a German HIV focus center - Therapy changes of antiretroviral therapy after first presentation in a German HIV center of focus

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- HI viral load at first presentation in Germany (copies/ml) - CD4 cell count at first presentation - Comorbidities: chronic hepatitis B and C, intravenous drug use, tuberculosis requiring treatment
