Group 1: Qualitative Interviews with children aged 3-15 years with at least one of the following diagnoses:
– Behavioural and emotional disorders with onset usually occurring in childhood and adolesce

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Child, legal guardian of a child or professional involved in the care of children with at least one of the following diagnoses – Behavioural and emotional disorders with onset usually occurring in childhood and adolescence (ICD-10: F90-94, e. g. ADHD) – bronchial asthma (ICD-10: J45) – diabetes mellitus type 1 (ICD-10 E11) – developmental disorders (ICD-10: F80-84, e.g. autism) – cerebral palsy (ICD-10: G80)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Child: Lack of language skills or other problems (e.g. with concentration) to conduct an interview of approx. 20 min. in German language, none of the above mentioned diagnoses Legal guardian: no custody for the child in question, lack of language skills or other problems (e.g. with concentration) to conduct an interview of approx. 45 min in German language Professionals: No regular professional activity with the above mentioned groups of children, lack of language skills or other problems (e.g. with concentration) to conduct an interview of approx. 45 min in German language, employee of University Hospital Düsseldorf
