Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: dumping syndrome after RYGB weight regain after RYGB

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: under age diabetes mellitus type I

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of dumping syndrome shown in a reduction of the Sigstad Score under 7, measured 12 and 24 months post Overstitch procedure

Improvement of postprandial glycemia and reduction of weight
