Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Arm 1: No known vascular disease Arm 2: Patients with coronary artery disease and/or peripheral arterial occlusive disease Inpatient stay at the MHH

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed choroidal or retinal pathologies Incapacitated persons Narrow angle glaucoma Known neosynephrine and tropicamide intolerance or allergy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Subfoveal choroidal thickness and choroidal vascularity index measured by OCT four times a day at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure, pulse and vascular density in OCT-A are also measured at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
