Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Arm 1: No known vascular disease Arm 2: Patients with coronary artery disease and/or peripheral arterial occlusive disease Inpatient stay at the MHH
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed choroidal or retinal pathologies Incapacitated persons Narrow angle glaucoma Known neosynephrine and tropicamide intolerance or allergy
