Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: unrestricted resilience (no intolerances to supplements, no injuries, no diseases of the cardiovascular-pulmonary system), cycling experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic cardiac and pulmonary problems; prolonged injuries that affect performance.
