Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: unrestricted resilience (no intolerances to supplements, no injuries, no diseases of the cardiovascular-pulmonary system), cycling experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic cardiac and pulmonary problems; prolonged injuries that affect performance.

Athletic power (W/kg) on the cycle ergometer during a 20-minute time trial. Power was measured on 19 dates using Cyclus2 ergometer (01.2022 - 07.2022)
