Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with primary arthroplasty of the hip, knee oder schoulder joint at a single center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Hypercalemia - Hyper /Hypoparathyreoidism - disapproval of the patient for participation
