Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with primary arthroplasty of the hip, knee oder schoulder joint at a single center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Hypercalemia - Hyper /Hypoparathyreoidism - disapproval of the patient for participation

MeasureTime frame
Patient reported outcome measures will be assessed with the help of the EQ-5D and Womac questionnaire at the preoperative visit as well as one year postoperatively.
