Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary insomnia, shift work, at least working 30 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pre-existing physical conditions: sleep apnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome, chronic pain. - Previous mental conditions: severe affective or anxiety disorders, acute substance abuse disorders, psychotic or schizo-affective disorders
