Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of all ages, but at least 18 years old. The diagnosis of IC/BPS has been confirmed. Good ability to speak and understand the German language. Relatives of women with IC/BPS of all ages, but at least 18 years old. Good ability to speak and understand the German language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other pelvic floor dysfunctions that may additionally significantly influence the experience of the disease. These include pelvic organ prolapse (POP), urinary incontinence unrelated to IC/BPS, faecal incontinence, chronic pelvic pain unrelated to IC/BPS, sexual dysfunction unrelated to IC/BPS.
