Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Approved doctors according to the German licensing regulations for doctors (ÄApprO 2002) 2) Activity in the preclinical care o Activity as an emergency doctor o Activity as tele-emergency doctor for the city of Aachen o Activity as a tele-physician in the Optimal@NRW project 3) Duration of activity in the defined professional field of at least 1 year 4) Written consent to participate in the study and to data protection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Duration of activity of less than 12 months 2) Refusal to participate
