Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of an acquired or congenital chronic disease of limitations of motor-functional abilities of the upper and/or lower extremities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: cognitive impairments that make it impossible to complete a questionnaire presence of legal guardienship
