Previous experience of violence (physical or sexual violence and threats thereof). Experiences in the role of both victim and perpetrator are recorded. First, quantitative data is collected in form of a questionnaire survey. second, the quantitative data will be enriched with qualitative data by means of narrative interviews. The aim of the study is to understand the experiences of violence of people with mental illness in the context of social, biographical and institutional factors as well as how mental health professionals deal with these experiences.	—
