Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Amount of propofol to achieve general anesthesia with loss of responsiveness .

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-TCH concentration in serum in the perioperative period - Level of THC degradation products in urine in perioperative period - concentration of PETh and EtG in blood - vital signs - processed and unprocessed frontal EEG parameters of anesthesia monitoring - parameters of heart rate variability from ECG - Postoperative pain level (NRS/VAS) - Preoperative anxiety level (STOA) - Postoperative nausea (frequency) - PACU delirium (3D-CAM) - Time to discharge - Perioperative analgesic requirement
