Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of spastic CP [unilateral, bilateral] GMFCS level I-III, ability to walk with or without assistive device Age: 7- 18 years Ability and possibility of hand or forearm support Sufficient Cognitive Capacity: understanding of intervention instructions: Counting to 10 and performing the verbal movement instruction, the one-legg-stance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiopulmonary disorders GMFCS Level IV-V. Medication: - Dosage change from oral baclofen within the last week - Local botulinum toxin treatment of calf within last three months Lower limb surgery: - Soft tissue surgery within the last three months - Operations with bony involvement within the last six months - Structural contractures of the upper ankle joint: range of motion in Dorsal extension/flexion from 0° - 5° - 40° with knee flexed

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The passive range of motion and the tardieu of the upper ankle, the 10-metre walk test and the timed up and go test are recorded before the intervention (T1) directly after the completion of the intervention (T2).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The passive range of motion and the tardieu of the upper ankle, the 10-metre walk test and the timed up and go test one hour after the intervention (T3) are recorded.
