Group 1: audio-visual glasses (HappyMed) as premedication Group 2: Oral premedication: 0.5mg midazolame per kg body weight p.o.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children, age 3 to 10 years elective surgery in general anesthesia Anesthesia scheduled in the morning (7:00 to 10:00 a.m.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal through patients or parents emergency surgery regional anesthesia (exclusively) Chronic disease Reduced liver funktion Cardiovaskular disease Diseases of the adrenal gland Measurement tools not applicable reduced sweat production
