Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection - complicated or uncomplicated. - Patients with a penetrating aortic ulcer - Patients with an intramural hematoma Stanford type B - Age > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with other aortic pathology - Lack of capacity of the patient to give consent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Acquisition of demographic data - Acquisition of pathology- and therapy-associated parameters - mortality

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Recording of the follow-up - Recording of comorbidities and risk factors - Recording of complications and therapy indications - Recording of reinterventions - Recording of morphological parameters of the vascular anatomy based on CT morphological data (which were collected during the clinical care of the patients).
