Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Mono- to bisegmental anterior cervical spondylodesis (ACDF) between C4 and C7 - Persistent pain after surgery - Neurological and sensorimotor dysfunctions of the upper extremities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Wound healing disorders - Surgical complications - Lack of clearance by the surgeon

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoints are divided into objective parameters (isometric grip strength and cervical spine mobility) and subjective parameters (pain perception using VAS and Neck Disability Index).
