| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| - Measurement of in vitro activation of AhR in response to a Western vs. a plant-based diet over a 4-day period by incubation of AhR reporter cell lines with human serum. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| - Change in gut microbiome composition measured in stool samples. - Change in gene expression of AhR-specific genes at the DNA, RNA and protein levels in various biological samples such as blood. | — |
