Inclusion criteria: good German language skills
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: previous experiences with psychiatric-psychological counseling since the age of 16 (psychotherapy e.g. outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, day-care hospital or psychotropic drugs e.g. antidepressants)
