Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Included are patients who i) are treated in the intensive care and IMC wards of internal medicine and anesthesiology at UKSH, ii) have consented to research with their data or are treated by a legal guardian and iii) are treated by AT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients are excluded if they have not yet obtained legal guardianship, are at high risk of dying in the immediate future, or are pregnant.
