Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Occupation Presence of workplace issues Presence of psychological distress
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Application for or exclusive focus on the disability pension - Inability to establish a stable working alliance with the client and/or carry out measures to achieve goals (e.g., untreated severe mental/medical condition such as acute schizophrenic phase, severe addiction disorder, etc.) - Lack of positive prognosis for return to the workplace or remaining in employment within the next 12 months - Participation in a retraining program that exceeds the designated support period of 12 months (+ 6 months of post-support) in the project
