Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for care support center/counseling center: regular contact with caregivers and provision of consultations Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: inclusion before first (max. second) counseling, self-identification as a relative, caregiver of a person in need of care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for care support center/counseling center: no contact with caregivers, no provision of consultations Exclusion criteria for family caregivers: already received two consultations, no family member in need of care in the environment
