Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of psychosocial distress; persons with depressive, somatoform, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders or adjustment disorder and non-organic sleep disorders are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bipolar disorders, schizophrenia and other delusional disorders, substance disorders, eating disorders
