Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Who are older than 40 years old - Who have no known skin diseases - who have a skin type of I-III (Fitzpatrick) - Who have been informed about the aims of the study and the nature of the investigations. - who have given their informed consent to participate in writing. - who have not received intensive sun exposure on the skin areas to be irradiated on the forearm within the last 14 days before the irradiation date.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Minors - nursing mothers and women with known pregnancy - Known skin diseases - Skin type >III (Fitzpatrick) - past ablative or peeling treatments of the forearm - intensive sun exposure on the skin areas to be measured on the forearm within the last 14 days before the irradiation date - Persons who cannot make decisions on their own responsibility
