Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Repetetive non-suicidal self-injury (on at least 5 days within the last year) Seeking therapy at the Ambulatorium für Risikoverhalten und Selbstschädigung, AtR!Sk, Bern Able to speak and understand German fluently Written informed consent is provided by adolescents (if > 14 years by custodians) and by participating parents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute psychotic symptoms Acute intent to harm self or others that requires intensive psychiatric inpatient treatment Impaired intellectual functioning Currently receiving psychotherapeutic treatment in outpatient centers others than AtR!Sk, Bern
