Group 1: Intervention group: students who complete an one-day job shadowing in a nursing facility. Group 2: Control group: students who have not yet completed a job shadowing in a nursing facility.

Inclusion criteria: Second- and third-semester dental students at the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students of other disciplines, students of other universities
