Inclusion criteria: Interview partners are exclusively employees of the legal departments of nationwide hospitals where telemedicine projects have already been carried out. However, specific prior knowledge of the employees surveyed is not required.

Exclusion criteria: Interview partners are employees of the legal departments of the Charité
