Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Tossy3 Injury < 3 weeks after trauma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Open injury or infected wounds in the surgical area - Fractures of acromion, clavicle or coracoid - Old injuries > 3 weeks or recurrent injuries - Obvious incompliance / dementia - Rockwood 4 and 6 injuries - Known previous ACG surgery - Existing pregnancy - Concomitant neurovascular injuries
