Interventions

Group 1: 10-15 adolescents, 14-17 years, run ideally through two levels of data collection: Level 1 (mandatory): - Documentation of the food eaten by taking photos of the young people for 1 to 3 days
- Attitude towards nutrition (mindset) by the adolescents
- Self-efficacy in relation to nutrition by the adolescents
- Nutrition questionnaire by the adolescents
- Demographic data by adolescents and parents/caregivers
- Anthropometric data by adolescents and parents/relatives. Level 2 (optional): - Nutrition protocol with the person in charge of the household
- Focused participant observation of a shopping and/or eating situation in the family
- Quantitative questionnaires on the subjective health situation of the adolescents in external assessment by the parents/relatives
- Financial management competence of the person in charge of the household.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Declaration of consent of parents/legal guardians -At least one parent (legal guardian) is a recipient of ALG 2/Hartz IV. -sufficient knowledge of German -Willingness to participate in at least one interview, photo documentation of the meal and filling out questionnaires (data collection level 1)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Existing diseases and health conditions that could interfere with participation in the study. - Participation in other studies, insofar as they could interfere with study participation
