Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy controls: - Right-Handedness Prodromal group: - Right-Handedness - Diagnosis according to the MDS research criteria (Berg) - DaT SPECT Parkinson’s disease group: - Right-Handedness - Diagnosis according to the MDS clinical diagnostic criteria (Postuma) - DaT SPECT - Clinical symptoms < 3 years - Hoehn and Yahr <= 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All groups: - Depression - Cognitive deficits - Significant comorbidities - Contraindications for MRI - Intake of serotonin reuptake inhibitors

Examine the consequences of dopamine loss and motor reserve on volitional motor control in the domains of movement vigor, motor planning, and the incentive salience of movements.
