Group 1: Patients and healthcare experts will be interviewed in two Delphi consensus rounds on the subject of patient engagement in promoting patient safety in healthcare facilities in Germany (Round

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Resident in Germany & German-speaking (interviews will be conducted in German). - Belongs to one of the following groups: 1. Patients & patients' representatives 2. Employees in health care facilities (e.g. doctors, nursing staff, administrators) 3. Other experts in the health sector (e.g. researchers)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Insufficient German language skills
