Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Birth weight = 1500g regardless of gestational age. - Clinical stability such that no observation of the undressed infant (e.g., breathing) is required in the incubator - No respiratory support or non-invasive respiratory support using Infant flow (binasal CPAP) - Supplemental oxygen demand greater than or equal to 25% - Birth weight regained after postnatal weight reduction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - clinically unstable patient (e.g. sepsis) - phototherapy - Central venous catheter (CVC)/intubation catheter/ umbilical catheter - Invasive ventilation - supplemental oxygen demand > 25% - Colonization with a pathogen requiring special hygiene measures in the care of the child
