Inclusion criteria: • Sufficient understanding of the German language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Control group + patient group: - High blood pressure - Medication affecting the autonomic nervous system only patient group - Substance addiction - Autism - Psychoses - Schizophrenia only control group: - Psychiatric and neurological (pre)diseases - Current or past outpatient, semi-inpatient or full-time inpatient psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment - Taking psychotropic drugs

| Interoceptive ability of participants with non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is examined in comparison to a healthy control group. Furthermore, the interoceptive ability of participants with NSSI will be determined depending on arousal and mindfulness and once again compared to a healthy control group. | — |

| Possible comorbidities and other influencing factors should be analyzed on the basis of the psychometric tests.
